INSTALLATION
Description
Unboxed Light is an in-situ installation of an approximately 24"x18"x18" black box filled with white plaster that is suspended approximately 12" off the floor by strands of multi-colored yarn.
Size
Installation in-situ, dimensions depend on venue, intended for 100 square-foot room or larger
Materials
pine, latex paint, plaster, yarn, wood glue, nails and screws.
Requirements
Room size: approximately 10'x10' room or larger with three white walls. The walls must be able to be punctured and plastered. Once the installation is placed, the room will not be passable. This installation may reconfigured to be in a corner, at which point two 15' walls will be needed.
